Step 1: Choose your needed STAS multirail

STAS multirail 200 cm + installation kit

The classic, patented 12V lighting rail. The load-bearing capacity of this STAS multirail is 45 kg/m¹.

Which lighting to choose?

The STAS Wi-Fi smart LED 5W 100° works with the STAS fixture and is easy to operate via a free app and your Wi-Fi network. Set the light colour and intensity for each painting separately from 2200K warm light to 6500K daylight. At the bottom of this page you can add a remote control to your order for use in combination with the app.

Fixtures:
There are 2 models: STAS classic and sirius. Available in chrome and white and various lengths. The greater the distance between the lamp and the wall, the larger the artwork that can be illuminated. So choose a long fixture to illuminate a large artwork. Walls higher than 270 cm? Choose a 70 cm fixture.

Installation and adjustment:
All fixtures simply click into the STAS multirail systems. STAS classic fixtures can be adjusted with screws, STAS signo has a flexible adjustable part. The warranty is 1 year on all parts.

Dimming lighting:
Lighting can only be dimmed with the STAS Wi-Fi smart-led. Other LED lights are not dimmable! We strongly advise against connecting a switch or dimmer to the system. All warranty will be void in this case.

Choosing the right adapter

The choice of your adapter(s) depends on 2 factors:
1. The number of spots you are going to use
2. The number of meters of rail you are going to install

Need multiple adapters?
If you are going to install more than the indicated meters of rail or lamps in the dropdown table below: 'Which adapter should I choose?', you will need to use multiple adapters.

IMPORTANT!: In that case, create independent circuits! Adapters should never be connected directly or indirectly to each other. So NEVER connect two rails that are each connected to a different adapter! You can only connect rails that share one adapter.

Step 4: Choose your hooks and cords

For loads up to 8.8 lbs: perlon cord + STAS smartspring hook

The various combinations of hooks and cords that you can choose from can hold up to 4 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg. The perlon cord is virtually invisible. The steel cable is suitable for hanging heavier works of art.

You can use multiple hooks on 1 cord to hang frames under each other, as long as the maximum load-bearing capacity of the rail, the cord(s) in combination with the hook(s) is respected.

Use 1 hook with cord for hanging a small frame and 2 or more for large frames.
